You’ll also notice that our website url starts with https (not the older http). The additional ‘s’ means the website is secure. Data is protected between your computer and our website.
In addition, your card details are processed by Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

Yes. We provide volume discounts on bulk orders.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship anywhere within United States that USPS makes deliveries. We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Shipping cost is calculated based on delivery address and weight of the item at checkout.
Yes. We use use USPS standard ground shipping with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking number once we process your order.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
You could expect delivery within 5-6 business days, after placing your order.
We strive to process and ship your product within 2 business days. USPS typically takes between 3-5 days for delivery. Please note these are estimated times and there might be delays beyond our control.
Can I pick up the items from your Orange County, CA. location?
Yes local pickup is available from our Fullerton, CA location.
The total weight of your purchases must weigh a minimum 3 lbs to be eligible for local pickup. Orders that weigh at least 3 lbs will automatically display the ‘LOCAL PICKUP’ option at checkout. This is to reduce face-to-face contact and maintain social distancing as much as possible.
Most wholesale/ bulk orders are eligible for free local pickup.
We will email or call you with pickup details once you place the order.
Can I order the item for someone else?
Yes. You may ship the item to an address other than your billing address. Send a gift to family members and loved ones living at a different address. Enter your loved one’s address for the shipping address and we’ll deliver the item to them for free.
